Power supply cut in case of overdue bills
1. My power is down due to non-payment. What do I need to do to recover?
You have to pay your overdue electricity bills, the accrued legal interest for arrears and the costs for interruption and restoration of the power supply, announced on the company's website, in the price list for additional services. The power supply shall be restored on the day following the payment.
If you want the power supply to be restored on the same working day, you can request an express refund service in our Customer Service Centres (here you can see their addresses) or at the cash desks of Bulgarian Posts AD, until 06:00 pm.
Important! When paying the due amounts, please note that the payments at the cash desks in our Customer Service Centres and at the cash desks of Bulgarian Posts AD are reflected immediately, while payments at the cash desks of EasyPay, FastPay, by bank transfer or online through the website of ENERGO-PRO https://vp.ENERGO-pro.bg/, enter the system of ENERGO-PRO within no later than two working days.

2. By what date do I have to pay my electricity bill?
Information on the final dates for payment of electricity bills can be found in your invoice or on the company's website: https://energo-pro.bg/en/regulated-market/household-customers/payment-schedule.
3. If I have only one unpaid invoice, will you cut off my power supply?
The power supply may be interrupted for any overdue and unpaid debt, subject to the statutory notice periods.
4. How can I be informed of an overdue debt and subsequent interruption of supply?
You can register a mobile number or e-mail address to receive notifications for late payment and forthcoming power outage:

5. How long after paying the resuming fee will my power supply be restored?
The company provides customers with ordinary and express power restoration services, according to the Price List of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD (https://energo-pro.bg/web/files/richeditor/documents/cenorazpisi/2020/pricelist-eprs-es-19-11-2020-en.pdf):
In the case of the ordinary service, the power supply shall be restored at noon on the next working day after payment has been made by you;
In the case of the express service, the power supply shall be restored within six astronomical hours after the payment has been made by you.
Important! The express service must be ordered in our Customer Service Centres (here you can see their addresses) or at the cash desks of Bulgarian Posts AD, on working days until 06:00 pm.
6. Could you restore my power supply on weekends and holidays?
No. Resuming is made only on working days and after payment of all amounts due.
7. What payment methods can I use to pay my electricity bills?
ENERGO-PRO provides its customers with the following channels for payment of electricity bills:
By bank transfer through:
Direct debit – the current debt is paid from your bank account, automatically, every month. You can declare your wish to switch to direct debit payment by filling in a form at your servicing bank;
ATM – the bPay function shall be selected from the device and the Trade identification code of ENERGO-PRO shall be indicated: 50003;
Payment order – the amount due shall be transferred to the account of ENERGO-PRO in UniCredit Bulbank AD, IBAN: BG80UNCR70001523953311, BIC: UNCRBGSF. Please indicate the customer number in the payment reasons.

Important! In accordance with the Limitation of Cash Payments Act, the amount deposited at the cash desk may not exceed BGN 10,000.

E-banking through the site of your servicing bank;
Important! For security reasons, ENERGO-PRO has set a limit for customers paying with a card through its website. The transferred amount may not exceed BGN 1,000.
8. If I pay by bank / electronic means, when will you restore my power supply?
If you pay by bank/electronic means, the power supply will be restored on the next working day, after the day on which the payment is received on the bank account of ENERGO-PRO Sales.
9. Can I pay at Easy Pay / Fast Pay cash desks to restore my power supply?
Yes, you can, but you should keep in mind that the power supply will be restored on the next working day, after the day on which the payment is received on the bank account of ENERGO-PRO Sales. Express power recovery may not be ordered at Easy Pay / Fast Pay cash desks.
