"Dobri Hristov" Children's Choir, Varna

  ENERGO-PRO supported the participation of the Varna children's choir "Dobri Hristov" at the Municipal Children's Complex in the 13th edition of the World Peace Choral Festival in the Austrian capital Vienna World Peace Choral Festival. The girls won the first prize and the gold medal. The event is among the most prestigious choral events. 42 choirs from 16 countries took part in this year's edition. During four days, the girls from Varna - aged between 11 and 18, had 7 concerts. 

They were invited to perform their songs at the opening ceremony of the festival in Vienna's Rathaus-City Hall. The children eagerly prepared and participated in the festival's initiative to sell donations to UNICEF to help children in need in Africa. They gave a series of concerts also in:

• UN headquarters
• famous churches in Vienna with 2 concerts under the title "Concerts for Peace"
  home for the elderly entitled "Music connects generations"
• the concert hall of the Vienna Boys' Choir, where the competition took place
• the world-famous Musikverein Wien, where the Gala Concert and the award ceremony took place.
